have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to privacy. We collect information only as necessary to
bring you our products and services, and do not share your
information with anyone for any reason.
Shopping: Our shopping cart uses cookies to keep
track of what you have placed in your cart, although it will still
work if you set your browser to refuse cookies.
Newsletter: We use my own personal software to
manage our newsletter. An e-mail address and a first name is the
only information required to subscribe, and it is used by us solely
to deliver the newsletter. We do not share or distribute the names
on our list. The newsletter is "voluntary opt-in." This
means only you can add or delete your e-mail address to or from the
list.
Feedback forms: We also use feedback forms. Each
solicits information such as comments, questions, error reports,
etc. This information is provided by you on a voluntary basis. The
forms will not be processed unless the information is accompanied by
a valid e-mail address. This e-mail address may be used one time, or
on a continuing basis, only to respond to the concern expressed in
the feedback form. It will not be added to any bulk e-mail list, or
be provided to a third party.
Order Checkout Form: We collect personal
information which includes the name, e-mail address, street address,
telephone number, and credit card information (if applicable) of the
user during the checkout process when an order is completed. The
name and street address is used to deliver the order. The telephone
# and/or e-mail address may be used to get in touch with the user if
necessary. The credit card information is used to bill the user for
products. This information is never shared with third parties. We
may use this contact information in the future for our own mailings
related to our own services and products. We do not share or
distribute any of this information with third parties.

The easiest way to purchase items from
ShopNorthwoodsGifts.com is to use the shopping cart links provided
on each of the shopping web pages. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button
next to the item you wish to purchase. The item is then added to
your shopping cart.
Once your item is in your shopping cart, you can either add more
items to your shopping cart by returning to the products page or proceed to the checkout.
When you are done shopping, Click on the
'Secure Checkout' button, or click on the 'View Cart' button at the
top of any web page, then click on the 'Secure Checkout' button.
Enter
all of the information in the forms including address and phone number.
You can choose to pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) using a
secure authenticated server or by PayPal. NOTE: You do NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE SHOPPING
CART).

and Quantities. Because e-mail is not always secure, I
strongly recommend calling us with your credit card information once
the order is submitted to ensure a safe transaction. You can

shopping cart to see how much items are for shipping. You can
do this without sending any information to ShopNorthwoodsGifts.com.
Once you have figured out what you want, then finally use the
'Secure Checkout' button. This will tell you the exact amount
of shipping. If you wish to use a different shipping method

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
All merchandise damaged during
shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise
damaged during shipping, please contact us at inquire@shopnorthwoodsgifts.com
within 30 days of the receipt date and your claim will be processed
immediately.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR
REPLACEMENT
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS
To obtain authorization to return a
defective item for credit or replacement, contact us within 30 days
of purchase at inquire@shopnorthwoodsgifts.com.
We will be happy to issue a full refund less shipping on all item
returns. Refunds will be given back by the same means as the
original payment. Replacement items will be given priority to
minimize customer wait time. Unauthorized returns will not be
accepted.
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
To obtain authorization to return a
non-defective item, contact us within 30 days of purchase at inquire@shopnorthwoodsgifts.com
. Returns totaling $50.00 or more may be subject to a 20%
restock fee. Refunds will be given back by the same means as
the original payment. Unauthorized returns will not be
accepted.

and we will match the competitor's price. We will send you a
revised invoice copy reflecting the reduced amount. We want to
